The product is developing in public-facing test cycles, which means reports about inaccurate venue information, confusing route behavior, private invitation handling, or address-entry problems are especially useful. When reporting a venue, include the venue name, city, and the public detail that needs correction; do not send a private home address through a general feedback channel. For partnership discussions, describe the customer journey you would like to improve and the minimum data needed for an integration. EMME is designed around anonymous planning and privacy-preserving collaboration, so proposed integrations should not require sharing exact origin data with another participant or with a commercial partner.
